We are seeking two Mid-Level QA Engineers to join our team, dedicated to testing Mobile Device Management (MDM) functionality within our Microsoft-stack platform. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in QA methodologies, experience with Microsoft technologies, and a passion for ensuring product quality through meticulous use case testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing applications on Microsoft-stack technologies (e.g., Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory).
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and concepts.
• Proficiency in creating and executing SQL queries for backend validation.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Microsoft Test Manager).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with testing enterprise-level applications or systems.
• Certifications related to software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is advantageous.

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for MDM functionality on our Microsoft-stack platform.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work with automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality and suggest improvements or enhancements.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and practices within the team.
