We are very excited to announce that one of our premium partners is looking for Web/Frontend Developers with experience in Digital Adoption Documentation tools like Walkme. Get to work for a global company specialized in providing Saas IT management and security solutions for businesses and organizations globally.

JOB SUMMARY:

Working under the direction of the Digital Adoption Documentation Manager, the Digital Adoption Documentation Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing the company’s digital adoption initiatives. These include communication, learning and development, and product usability initiatives to drive internal and external adoption and engagement with the software products.
The Digital Adoption Specialist works with solutions that integrates fully with desktop, web and mobile applications for employee and customer end-users by guiding them through key tasks and providing contextual information as users navigate the product.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• It is important to have Experience in any Digital Adoption Documentation Tool similar to the Walkme platform.
• 3-5 years of experience working in web/FrontEnd development with Javascript, HTML and CSS.
• Technically proficient with the ability to learn new software (jQuery experience a plus).
• Direct experience in Walkme platform is a plus.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.
• Interested and eager to learn new skills, approaches, and technologies.
• Excellent written and editing skills, Strong team player, Attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to adapt to changes quickly, Creative problem solver.
