Telia Danmark Mobil are building up a new modern organization in Copenhagen where we need to step out from Telia Company group and join Norlys A/S.
For the mobile and fixed sector, we need a Change Manager that work after ITIL.
I’m Magnus Oscarsson and I’m leading a team of experts that take care of 2nd line for both Mobile and fixed services. We are also taking part of the products for all segments B2B, B2C and B2O. Building, solving incidents, but even more, prevents incidents to happen.

• You will coordinate change management assessments
• Integrate Change Management activities into projects
• Write and update processes
• Write and update ways of working
• Coordinate with stakeholders around the company

Who are you | ITIL experience

• You have ITIL experience
• Experience of Change Management
• You as a person are openminded and like teamwork
• You have ability to challenge a change request
• You have investigation skills
