An exciting opportunity has opened-up in our R&D team for an R&D Engineer.
As an R&D engineer, you will be part of our R&D department, which consists of 37 professionals focused on developing products typically used in HVAC applications in residential buildings. You will bring competencies relevant to HVAC product design and development, including expertise in some of the areas such as electronics, various types of software, mechanics, testing or building automation processes. Like the rest of us, you have a curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning, always striving to find better ways to create innovative solutions.
As an R&D engineer, you will work in project teams to design and develop HVAC products. You will collaborate closely with fellow R&D team members, as well as with sales, product management, production, and customers. With your practical, can-do attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction, you will play a key role in the successful creation of new products.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering
• 1+ years of experience as a design engineer in a relevant industry
• Basic understanding of product development with software, hardware, and mechanics
• Well-organized, professional, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to responsibilityFluency in English and Finnish (mandatory); Swedish is an advantage

• Participate in design and development tasks within product development projectsContribute to enhancing our capabilities and improving development methods
