EPN Global OTE PMC (Projects and Maintenance Competences) is a Competence Centre consisting of more than 500 highly qualified leaders and professionals within; - Integrity Management - Maintenance Management - Project Management - Improvement and Digital - LCI - Contract Management In this specific posting we are searching for candidates to fill a temporary position as Project Leader for modification projects in study phase (Front End Loading).

We are looking for candidates with; - Genuinely embracing the “I am safety” expectations - Passion for creating value - Passion for collaboration - Ability to lead self and team effectively - Relevant project leadership experiences with proven results - Strong commercial and analytical mindset - Solid external orientation with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders - In-depth risk understanding and experience within risk assessment and management - Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into direction and actions within own area - Digital competences (comfortable with using different digital solutions) preferred - Previous experience from project development, business development, supply chain management, finance and control, and operations and maintenance may be an advantage

Work as a Project Leader within study phase (front end loading) of modification projects on topside facilities. You will be responsible for leading project teams and suppliers towards delivering on targets. As a Project Leader within Modifications you have impact on safety, results, focus and behavior - you are a role model for our values. That means always putting safety and security of our people first. Understanding risk and acting with integrity and high ethical standards in everything you do. We are looking for candidates with: • Relevant competencies and experiences from project leadership • Strong collaboration skills and focus on leadership • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on strategies and targets • Ability to drive change and deliver on our improvement targets • Good communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities • Knowledge of and experience from relevant work processes and deliveries within Operation and Maintenance • Knowledge of and experience from the clients’s Capital Value Process (CVP) and Project Development (PD) process • Ability to and interest in collaborating on further developing and implementing competence strategies within the Project Management discipline
