Pizzeria Luca is a fast-paced Italian restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen, run by passionate, charismatic Italians. This is our flagship restaurant, with multiple vibrant areas and great spaces for larger parties and groups. All in all, we can seat around 150 guests.
We’re searching for someone who can inspire, support, and train our amazing team on the floor. Someone eager to grow their leadership abilities while staying closely involved in the day-to-day operations and working alongside the team and Unit Manager.

Operational areas of responsibility

  • Lead the team through service.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines.
  • Training of staff and new colleagues & being a role model for your team.
  • Keeping the unit clean and presentable, following mood setting procedures.
  • Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines
  • Assist in controlling of costs such as labor, goods, & other operating expenses
  • Be knowledgeable about the full menu to guide the guest to any special needs
  • Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix.
  • Make beverages and handle the bar.
  • Reporting through internal reporting systems at closing shifts.
  • Follow the KPI’s set by management.
  • Cash handling

Our perfect ass. Restaurant Manager has

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-speed restaurant.
  • Excellent communication at all levels.
  • Good financial acumen.
  • Motivation to train and lead a team
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, being proactive and solutions oriented.
