twentyAI are excited to be partnered with a leading Private Equity firm who are on the hunt for a Wealth Analyst / Fund Accountant.
The Firm – A leading private equity firm specialising in investing in middle-market private assets via strategies focused on private equity and private credit.
The Role – This position is within the wealth management team, focusing on supporting the firm’s private equity incentive scheme. Responsibilities include setting up new schemes and implementing them to award carry. Establishing new entities will require close collaboration with the tax team. While you do not need to be a tax expert, an understanding of tax documents and LPAs will be highly advantageous.

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with an appreciation for sensitive information.
  • Understanding of individual and partnership tax concepts.
  • PE fund experience is preferable.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with carry/co-invest schemes is ideal.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the running of the PE credit carry and co-invest scheme.
  • Carry out carry and co-invest distributions and drawdowns.
  • Be involved in process improvement and automation.
  • Prepare financial statements on a periodic basis.
  • Support the year-end audit process.
  • Review tax advice and tax reporting for new incentive plans.
  • Work closely with other team members to enhance and improve the asset reporting process.
