A Wealth Associate is a customer related position responsible for assisting Wealth Advisors in the administration of trust accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma with 4 years of post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of applicable job experience.
- Knowledge of qualified retirement plan administration, personal trust administration, or investment management preferred.
- Knowledge of retirement plan services and trust related laws and regulations preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and use initiative;
- Strong communication skills and effective listening skills;
- Close attention to details and strong organizational skills; and
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Office applications
EXPERIENCE
Required
- 1 - 2 years: Applicable job experience
EDUCATION

- High School or better

- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding and acting in accordance with the legal responsibilities of a Fiduciary.
- Assists the Department Manager in the administration of accounts to insure the needs and goals of the trust are met as established by the governing instrument and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for answering phones and responding to emails.
- Assists with the preparation of various reports for client presentations and educational materials.
- Preparation of various account documents.
- Preparation of various reports on company investment matters.
- Proactively assist in organizing schedules and work output for their Department.
- Establish working relationships with customers.
- Assists with the preparation and distribution of client education materials.
- Assist with proposals and client meeting reports.
- Answering questions/inquiries from clients and their representatives.
- Monitor and assist Department Wealth Officers with correction of file exceptions.
- Knowing and following current Bravera Wealth policies and procedures.
- Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all functions of the Holding Company and with Subsidiaries.
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- The employee will adhere to all trust rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
- Will be required to drive a company vehicle with some overnight travel required. Must maintain a clear driving record in order to maintain coverage under Bravera’s vehicle insurance provider.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
