Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the Wealth sector, and a genuine passion for the subject area
- Industry recognised thought leader and commentator
- A proven track record in defining and delivering strategic, propositional or operational solutions for senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business and IT change
- Significant network and a successful track record in business development
- Demonstrable experience of building and leading teams
- Good commercial acumen and ability to shape, review and negotiate contracts
- Genuine drive and enthusiasm to make a difference on the client’s behalf
- Typically, 15 years+ experience, predominantly in FS
- A willingness to travel to Client / Altus offices and undertake varying roles
- A background in Consulting is advantageous, but not mandated

Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships at CxO/senior level
- Identify and drive business development opportunities
- Be highly visible talking about the Wealth sector, publish thought leadership and build relationships with journalists and industry
- Help to shape the practice/domain strategy, and propositions
- Define and manage the development of practice specific collateral, intelligence and artefacts
- Shape, estimate, propose and win consulting engagements
- Oversee/lead the delivery of client consultancy engagements using our proven methodologies where relevant
- Manage client stakeholders, resolve issues and ensure the reputation of Altus is maintained and enhanced
- Lead and grow a team of Wealth focused business consultants
