ABOUT THE JOB

The Business Management Senior Officer takes ownership of tools and processes required for the management of a group of teams in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as, for example, HR, Facilities, Finance or community management. They provide support to management processes of setting goals, planning and/or controlling the organization and leading the execution of any type of activity, such as a project or a process, being accountable for a wide variety of tasks impacting the business. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by Top Management in decision making process and focusing on continuous improvement

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing and Communications
At least 3 years of Experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory, Marketing and Communications and Administrative Support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English
Communication skills - oral & written
Organisational skills
Resilience
Ability to develop and leverage networks
Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
Organisation & Strategy - BNP Paribas Organisation knowledge
