REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
- Experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management, asset management or consulting
- Experience in the design and development of digitally enabled investment solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to engage and build consensus across a broad set of stakeholders and all levels of the organization
- Proactive, highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset and is able to apply critical thinking and a logical/structured framework to a variety of situations
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills and demonstrated ability to lead multiple initiatives at once
- Passionate about financial markets and career driven
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
- CFA qualified / candidate preferred
- Highly competent with MS Office Suite with python / programming knowledge a bonus
- Additional European languages a benefit - Italian, French or Spanish

Responsibilities:
Key activities include:
- Drive new investment product development and the build out of new investment capabilities for the IPB discretionary and advisory offering
- Coordinate across multi-jurisdictional Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Digital, Technology and Investment teams ensuring initiatives are delivered on schedule
- Actively support ongoing enhancements to the client and advisor experience of the IPB discretionary and advisory offering with a focus on building a differentiated and scalable business
- Define, document and track initiative timelines and progress including reporting on key highlights, decisions, next steps and issues
- Act as investment product SME for strategic business and regulatory change management initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with product stakeholders and third-party vendors across regions (Asia, EMEA and LatAm)
- Make recommendations to improve and re-engineer existing product practices and processes
