The role
As part of your role as a Wealth Management Associate, you will rotate through various departments within our organisation, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the following areas:

Administration:

  • Support administrative tasks, including client record management, document processing, and office operations.
  • Learn about the critical backbone of our business and how efficiency in administration supports client success.

    Paraplanning:

  • Assist in preparing client reports, financial plans, and investment strategies.

  • Work with experienced paraplanners to understand the technical aspects of wealth management.

    Client Services:

  • Engage with clients, both in-person and via correspondence, to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.

  • Develop the essential interpersonal skills required for building lasting client relationships.

    Trainee Advising:

  • Shadow experienced advisors in client meetings and observe the advisory process.

  • Assist in conducting financial assessments, risk analysis, and developing investment recommendations.
  • Participate in client interactions and gradually take on advisory responsibilities.

    Compliance:

  • Gain insights into compliance processes and regulatory requirements in the financial industry.

  • Understand the importance of adhering to industry regulations to protect clients’ interests.

    Employee Benefits:

  • Learn to tailor benefit solutions to meet corporate client needs.

    Project Management:

  • Participate in project management tasks, working on initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Qualification
We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.
