Description:

POSITION: WEALTH AND MORTGAGE MANAGER.

Location: Milton Keynes or NW London
This newly established position will function as the Wealth & Mortgage Manager for a successful and growing family-owned real estate & business portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to cultivate your network without the need to generate a client base. This role comes with significant growth prospects.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Possession of a relevant qualification in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
  • Able to provide advice in line with current laws, industry standards, and corporate regulations.
  • Previous experience of at least one year as a Mortgage Advisor or Wealth Manager.
  • Exceptional networking and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Capability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and external product suppliers.
  • Professional, confident, and articulate telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide high-quality financial planning advice to the company to serve the business needs and maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Aid the company in achieving financial objectives by assessing financial situations, presenting financial strategies, and monitoring changes in financial status and personal circumstances.
  • Cultivate long-term mutually beneficial relationships with financial industry professionals.

NETWORKING:

  • Establish connections through networking activities and build relationships with business associates.
  • Collaborate with professionals such as real estate agents, solicitors, and valuers.
  • Promote financial opportunities for the business by seeking purchase referrals and lending/investment opportunities through a network of financial professionals.
