Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Wealth Operations Analyst to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $23.12 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Reporting generation, validation, and distribution, on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis, whether as primary or serving as backup on specific report types
  • Troubleshooting all aspects of the client reporting generation process, to ensure delivery to clients within expected service level timelines
  • Ownership of the team’s client inventory review process, ensuring report requirements and recipients are up-to-date, and reporting is being done in the most efficient manner for our clients
  • Assisting with the team’s strategic initiatives, including client reporting automation, client reporting system enhancements, and AUM reporting enhancements
  • Optimizing use of Client Reporting Systems and various applications to deliver seamless client experience

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • Analyst experience
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple tasks in a complex environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to remain focused and resolve issues under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Ability to understand business logic and workflow in an investment management environment
  • General understanding of investment concepts and investment portfolio data
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision yet contribute to and assist the broader team
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience operating within a Microsoft Windows operating system environment, preferably within an office/business setting
