Job Description
SiaXperience is on the cutting edge of online digital experiences. To support our growth and the growth of our clients, we are seeking a Web Admin / CMS Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for updating content for web applications for our award-winning clients. The ideal candidate will be familiar with current UI/UX design practices, be able to write simple HTML and CSS, work with existing web page componentry to publish new pages, be able to manage multiple workstreams using a project management software, create thorough documentation of work, and conduct quality assurance on work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain responsive and visually appealing front-end web solutions using existing componentry and light HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Manage production roadmaps and explain work tracks, timelines, milestones, and key indicators of project success
- Update project plans, budgets, and other team members, to effectively allocate resources to deliver projects on time
- Support monitoring, testing, and resolving issues related to performance and browser compatibility
- Collaborate with analysts to develop and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic
- Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to understand project goals
- Raise technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems that may arise during web development
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, basic web coding training
- 2+ years of professional experience working with websites
- Familiarity with popular content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.)
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Experience with project management and ticketing systems such as Mondays, Asana, etc.
