KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

+3 years experience in web analytics preferably within strategy consulting firm.
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or STEM as a plus)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple initiative at once
Full professional expertise on web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Anaytics), website management and the end-to-end conversion rate optimization processes.
Full confidence with CRO Tools (eg. Contentsquare)
Proven experience with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Full professional expertise on Microsoft Office Suite
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italia

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

For the Digital Team based in Milan HQ, we are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist, who will be responsible for the analysis of the performances of Group websites.
We offer a stimulating work environment, with multiple innovative projects and a network of colleagues with different skill sets and backgrounds (UX designer, Product Owners, Data Analysts, E-commerce, Media).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, maintain and optimize reporting solutions to monitor website performances, collaborating with key stakeholder to build dashboards through enterprise tools (Adobe Analytics, Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar)
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights to multiple stakeholders, suggesting actionable recommendations to improve user experience, conversion rate, media optimization
  • Monitoring on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis) website performances, scouting for issues and proposing opportunities
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance
  • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions
