Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Create intuitive, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications across various industries, including Agriculture, Aerospace, Nature Conservation, Cyber Security, and Automotive.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our developers and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant, user-centric designs.
• Creativity and Innovation : Bring fresh ideas to the table, challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries of design within the context of deep technology applications.
• Self-Management : Manage your workflow effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly without the need for micro-management.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Experience : Proven experience in designing web and mobile applications, particularly within technology-driven fields. Experience in deep tech industries (e.g., Agriculture, Aerospace, Cyber Security) is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and familiarity with HTML/CSS for communicating with developers. Understanding of mobile design principles and responsive design.
• Creativity : Ability to generate innovative design concepts and solve complex design problems with a strong user focus.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, both in terms of conveying design ideas and in collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Self-Management : Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
