JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented Web Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using C# and .NET Core and experience working with SQL Azure. In addition, you should have expertise or interest in modern frontend technologies to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Azure, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework/library (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles and Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Blob Storage).

PREFERRED SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Experience with Blazor or MAUI for frontend development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect).

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Implement modern, responsive UI designs using a frontend technology like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Work with Azure services to deploy and manage web applications in the cloud.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to meet user needs and performance benchmarks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
