C² Technologies seeks a Web Applications Programmer V to provide expert-level support and solutions for various business and technical needs. This role requires a combination of senior-level skillsets, including systems analyst, business analyst, programmer, LMS system administration, business and technical writing, and project management.

SUMMARY:

C² Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Applications Programmer V to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining business and technical solutions to meet client needs, supporting the client as a technical advisor, providing expertise as a solutions architect, designing and developing solutions to complex issues, and acting as an intermediary between the content team, LMS team, and DHS stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst working with Learning Management Systems.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience serving Federal Government clients as a technical advisor with eTraining systems and courseware solutions.
• A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
