Description:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Full-time professional work experience in the development and support of IT applications. Successful completion of an IT Certification program, accredited college, and/or graduate training may substitute for required work experience.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., TeamSite).
- Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in tools like Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities:
New Jersey Office of the Public Defender(OPD) is seeking a versatile Content and Coding Developer who will be responsible for both the development of web applications and the creation and management of digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a keen eye for creating engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives. Content and Coding Developer will be working directly under the OPD Chief Technology Officer to manage, implement and deliver projects and tasks successfully.

- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT head and content creators to integrate visual and textual content seamlessly into web pages.
- Create, edit, and publish digital content across various platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Optimize content and applications for performance, and accessibility.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest web development and content trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage content schedules and update processes to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to web content and applications.
