As the Digital Content Specialist you will implement promotions, collaborate promotional messaging, and communicate changes with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, increase conversion and channel loyalty. You’ll focus on the development and maintenance of the website, with a focus on quality assurance and flawless execution. You’ll use web analytics, testing tools and the voice of the customer to guide improvements, increase engagement and drive conversion on Torrid’s digital properties.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promotions including campaigns, promo codes, source codes and multi-variate testing to drive revenue
- Responsible for store listing updates for Site, App and Google My Business
- Assist with daily QA duties, ensuring digital content and promotions are aligned with the commercial calendar
- Update marketing calendar with daily promotional details and communicate changes to cross-channel teams
- Acts as liaison between cross functional teams as it relates to campaign and promotion management
- Troubleshoot issues related to promotion set up, product information and navigation while working to solve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure consistency of user experience on all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop & App) in conjunction with style guides and best practices
- Assists in the maintenance and implementation of content strategies
