The Job
The Web Designer leads web design across our 4 different brands and focuses on crafting visually compelling and functionally intuitive designs, with a strong emphasis on responsive design to ensure optimal experiences across devices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Web Designer plays a key role in defining the visual and interactive direction of our web presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop innovative, responsive web interfaces and experiences that meet business and user needs.
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate concepts effectively.
  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure our websites and any new web experiences are consistent with established brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and content creators to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve responsiveness.
  • Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and accessibility across various screen sizes and devices.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in responsive web design and usability.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in web design, with a proven track record in responsive design projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
  • Expertise in responsive design principles and best practices for mobile-first design.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for creating feasible interfaces.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or others.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
  • Understanding of branding and graphic design principles.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
