OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team and build an advanced travel booking platform. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining a dynamic website that integrates complex search functionalities, booking systems, user accounts, and payment gateways. The ideal candidate has experience in creating high-performance web applications and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with server management (e.g., AWS, Docker, Core, or Tomcat environments).
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or similar).

Experience:

• Experience in building and maintaining e-commerce or travel-related websites is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with search algorithms, caching mechanisms, and performance optimization techniques.

Website Development:

• Design and develop a fully functional travel booking platform, including flight, hotel, and car rental search and reservation systems.
• Implement advanced search filters and sorting features for user convenience.

Integration:

• Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., airline, hotel, and car rental providers) to fetch and display real-time data.
• Implement secure payment gateways for online transactions.

User Experience (UX):

• Develop responsive and intuitive interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading speeds and smooth navigation.

Database Management:

• Set up and maintain robust databases to handle large volumes of user and booking data.
• Ensure data security and implement measures to protect sensitive user information.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:
