Position: Web Developer (Co-op, Internship)
Experience: 0-1 year
Duration: 4 months
Compensation: salary negotiable （un - paid volunteer）
Work Type: Hybrid (Work from office 2-3 times per week)
Language: English, Mandarin (are necessary)

REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with React, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB (academic projects or personal projects count).
Strong desire to learn and grow in web development.
Basic understanding of web development concepts and workflows.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to work from the office 2-3 times per week.

Develop and maintain web applications using React, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features for our platform.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Ensure code quality and application performance by writing clean and efficient code.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
