Responsibilities :
4 years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other 4 year degree focusing on information systems technology.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and review software requirements to design, develop and deploy web applications within time and cost boundaries.
Develop and enforce programming and testing procedures, Debug applications and properly document requirements and code.
Work with the different departments to identify software development and/or software maintenance needs.
Review/Create technical specifications. Review functional specifications and work with project team to provide technical solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Manage work on and ongoing basis to ensure target, on-time delivery and provide continuous improvements and updates.
Take projects from specification to end user experience.
Lead code review to ensure web applications are properly documented and conform client’s and company standards.
Prepare procedures and documentation for running the applications and reports.
Research, analyze needs, design, and develop security access and privileges for running the applications.
