SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience working on web development projects that require gathering input from
    multiple teams or stakeholders, and translating both ideas and design concepts/wireframes to

user-friendly, standards-compliant code

  • Proven experience and demonstratable skills with web applications, programming languages and

web services, including WordPress, API, CSS, HTML, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, REST, SOAP and web user

interface design

  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (including AWS Lightsail) and Cloudflare
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to association values

new features and functionality)

processes and procedures

  • Problem solving: Utilize critical thinking when researching, analyzing and developing

solutions to complex web development issues

user needs and enhance overall user experience

  • Process improvement: Analyze and update cross-departmental procedures to reduce

inefficiencies and improve project outcomes

  • Design guidance: Provide input and direction on web design, ensuring aligning with internal

client requirements, preferences and organization standards
