Job Description:
The Full Stack Developer will be instrumental in creating dynamic front-end user experiences, developing robust back-end systems, and fostering growth through experimentation and data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch features, enhance performance, and ensure smooth and seamless user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficiency in C#, .NET Core (7/8), and Web APIs
· Advanced experience with React, HTML5, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
· Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
· Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD tools
· Experience with version control systems (Git)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a growth-oriented attitude
· Thrives on measurable success and accountability
· Expertise in rapid prototyping, mockups, and POCs
· Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks

• Develop and maintain engaging user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and support backend services with C#, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Manage and optimize data using SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Utilize cloud infrastructure (AWS) to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Make data-driven decisions based on user analytics and customer feedback.
• Provide technical insights to enhance pipelines, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Apply rapid development methodologies, including creating mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Product Managers, and Designers to refine requirements and align on technical solutions.
• Actively participate in team activities such as standups, grooming, retrospectives, and architecture reviews, and effectively communicate updates, blockers, and solutions.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions to drive continuous product improvements.
• Advocate for the end-user, ensuring the delivery of intuitive, user-friendly products.
