Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU DO AND HOW YOU DO IT:
As a WordPress Developer in the IT Division, you will be joining a highly dynamic and results oriented Department. You will be a key resource in providing enhancements and security for six WordPress applications while working closely with stakeholders. Your full stack development work will support client’s mission in highway safety, emergency messaging, and recruitment. The position is hybrid and your work arrangement does require regular onsite presence.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Working across the full stack in WordPress to build new features and services
Developing solutions in WordPress that support positive, accessible user experiences in both desktop and mobile environments
Debugging and security remediations for public facing applications
Working with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices, and pursuing continued learning opportunities
