YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluent English (C1 or native level);
• Experience in web hosting support (DNS, domains, WordPress) with strong troubleshooting skills. Live chat experience is a plus;
• Proven track record of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Hungry for growth: self-driven, proactive, and eager to embrace new challenges;
• Humble: self-aware, thrives on feedback, and committed to continuous improvement;
• Smart: quick thinker with sharp problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a Web Hosting Chat Specialist, you’ll be the frontline expert, guiding customers through technical challenges, and optimizing their online presence with your expert advice. You’ll provide top-tier support via live chats, troubleshooting websites, domains, and hosting errors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a passionate global team of 400+ specialists across 30+ countries. You’ll continuously grow your technical expertise, and expand your impact to the customer’s experience.
