We are looking for a Web and SEO/SEM Specialist with a background in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to join our dynamic team. As the web specialist you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of social media platforms. In this role you will improve our online presence and drive organic and paid traffic, develop and implement comprehensive strategies incorporating SEO, coordinate digital advertising SEM campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree required

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM and web.
• Specialization and/or experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Experience running digital advertising campaigns using SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience in building, analyzing, and reporting on web and campaign programs as well as traffic performance on websites/blogs
• Experience forecasting budget for campaigns and initiatives, managing spend
• Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience in a regulated environment and or life sciences preferred.
• Passion for driving digital marketing excellence.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to advise marketing strategies and optimize execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that lend to effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize and run multiple initiatives simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
