Description:

Drive Innovation and Growth: Lead Nilfisk’s Web Product Strategy
Join Nilfisk as the new Web Product Owner and be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Nilfisk’s website roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with IT, digital marketing, global product management, field marketing, and web editorial teams to deliver an optimized user experience that drives lead generation and business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Vision and Strategy: Define and maintain the vision and strategic direction for the website, ensuring it aligns with broader company goals.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage the website’s product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs. Set expectations with stakeholders, manage their requests, and communicate progress, plans, and any changes to the website roadmap.
  • Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute sprints, ensuring that development work aligns with the roadmap and delivers value to users.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders across the business to gather and document detailed requirements, translating them into user stories for the development team.
  • UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with the UX/UI designer to ensure that all website features and enhancements meet user experience and visual design standards. Support the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across the website.
  • KPI Setting and Lead Generation: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the website, focusing on improving lead generation, conversion rates, and user engagement. Use a data-driven approach to set measurable goals and track the performance of website features and campaigns. Regularly analyze website analytics and other performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website features and content, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have experience working as a Product Owner, preferably within web or digital products. We imagine that you have a great understanding of the web development processes, including sprint and agile methodologies as we use these daily. As you will drive several projects, we imagine that you have great proficiency in project management, incl. Project management tools and techniques.
As we would like to learn from you, we imagine that you have experience working with analysis, interpreting data, generating insights based on the data and translate these into actionable strategies.
If you have experience working in a global setup, have knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and Figma incl. Principles of responsive design, this would be considered a benefit.

What happens with your application?
We will look at your application and contact you for a phone interview if relevant. Hereafter, if there is a mutual match, we will invite you to an interview with the hiring manager and potentially a colleague. The 2nd interview will be with an HR representative together with the manager where the focus is on a feedback session on a personality assessment and aptitude test. In some processes, we add a case instead of an aptitude test. The 3rd and final round of interviews will be an informal interview with the manager’s manager
