ESSENTIAL SKILLS

o At least one year of experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to maintain and update customer-facing websites.
o Strong verbal and written English-language communication skills.
o Attention to detail, a passion for delivering best-practice publishing, and an appreciation of how that contributes to website performance.
o Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs.
o Basic experience working directly with business owners and a willingness to learn how to recommend solutions and best-practice.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

o Experience using Drupal.
o Experience using another enterprise-level Content Management System.
o Basic knowledge of HTML or XML.
o An understanding of website accessibility.
o A curiosity about how web publishing practices impact search engine optimization (SEO).
o QA testing experience of web pages or site enhancements or bug fixes.
o Prior experience working in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced web publisher to join our global Digital Publishing andamp; Localisation Team.
Using primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Drupal, we look after the evolving LSEG digital landscape. We know how to get the best out of our CMS platforms, and we use that expertise in partnership with content writers, digital strategists, designers and UX to build pages that delight our customers and drive revenue.
WHAT YOUand#39;LL BE DOING:
As a team, we divide our time between updating and evolving our strategic marketing websites and building new websites to support our digital transformation. This role will primarily focus on supporting our existing websites using AEM.
In a typical day, you might find yourself:
o Handling requests to update any of our strategic websites, including urgent requests with same-day or same-hour turnaround.
o Collaborating on longer-term projects, engaging with colleagues from other teams such as UX, design, search, digital strategy, and marketing automation.
o Assisting content owners while learning to make recommendations and apply best-practice web publishing techniques.
o Supporting the Digital Strategy andamp; Enablement team in testing new functionality, CMS upgrades, or site launches.
o Participating in sprint demos to understand new features being developed.
o Staying connected with web publishing peers around the world via Teams chat and regular team meetings.
o Joining wider team and group calls to stay informed.
