Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the team in managing website content.
- Ensure content is aligned, functional, and easy to understand.
- Collaborate closely with a small team of three people to maintain the website’s integrity.
- In coordination with the team, Digital Publishing, managing the daily operational management and content publishing on the website, including testing and monitoring.
- Plan, write and copy-edit website content, including updates, technical information, and other materials for website.
- Assist with the annual content review of the Global Fund website, including working with focal points on sections and topic pages, record the process using the team tracker and test for link consistency.
- Support the team with content planning on weekly basis by tracking upcoming publishing and taking part in the PR Team meeting and/or Communications Team meetings/Team updates.
- With guidance from the Associate Specialist, Digital Publishing, make sure that all documents and content published to the NGO digital platforms adhere to the NGO brand guidelines and house style for writing.
