Description:

We’re recruiting for a Product Manager to join our Digital team. This is a newly created role, covering the online web experience for the sales area of the easyJet holidays website and will be focused on revenue and conversion..
As our Product Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Product Owners, each managing their own development team. You’ll oversee every part of the product lifecycle, from brainstorming ideas to ensuring seamless product delivery. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand market pressures and translate these into a clear roadmap that pushes our strategy forward.
You’ll be responsible for shaping the future of the site’s sales area, with a keen eye on KPI’s, budgets, and ROI, and you’ll be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, helping manage new demands and aligning with technology and product leads to ensure your team has the resources it needs to succeed.
You’ll use customer insights, analytics, and best practices to prioritise improvements, ensuring every enhancement improves the customer experience and keeps us ahead of competitors.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

We’re looking for someone with strong product management expertise who’s ready to coach and mentor others on best practices. You should have a solid understanding of legal and regulatory compliance within product areas and experience using tools like Google Analytics and ContentSquare to track performance, spot opportunities, and drive meaningful improvements.
You’ll also bring experience in Agile environments, a commercial mindset, and a passion for data and analytics. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the confidence to challenge ideas, lead change, and effectively manage stakeholders to help us continuously improve.
