We are looking for a Web Specialist to join our Brand and External Digital Channels team to help with the management and maintenance of the Tetra Pak websites.
Tetra Pak is a world leading food processing and packaging solutions company. Our team of dedicated innovators, and experts leverage cutting-edge science and technology tackle some of the most pressing challenges in the global food and beverage industry. Whether it’s innovating the next generation of processing and packaging solutions, to developing renewable and recyclable materials, this role will ensure that we are engaging with our audiences effectively on the web.
You will be part of the Brand and External digital channel team working to create best in class experiences for our audiences. In this role, you will be working as part of the website team to deliver an exceptional web experience for Tetra Pak’s public websites across several markets and languages. You will be working hands on in our Content Management System (CMS) and be responsible for managing, building, and publishing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as well ensuring pages are SEO optimised.
This is a permanent position that can be based in Lund (Sweden) or Modena (Italy). There is also the possibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Web page management: Develop, maintain, and optimise web pages using AEM
- Content Creation: Utilise AEM templates and components to build responsive, optimised, and compliant web pages
- Publishing & approval process: Managing the web page approval process which involves internal reviews, stakeholder feedback, and final sign-off before publishing
- Technical support: Collaborate with our IT organisation to prioritise incidents and identify optimal solutions. Maintain thorough tracking and issue management to ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Best practices: Apply digital best practices, user experience & design principles, and accessibility standards
- Translation: Collaborate closely with the translation team on the send out of translation batches to ensure a smooth delivery of translated pages
- Stakeholder collaboration: Provide guidance and suggestions on content to business stakeholders. Train and support other AEM authors/publishers and ensure training materials are updated regularly
- Quality assurance: Ensure quality assurance, timely delivery, and collaboration with various creative disciplines and stakeholders
- A/B testing: Support in setting up A/B tests to optimise web page performance
- Data-driven insights: Use Adobe Analytics data to drive insights and share across different teams for web page optimisation
