Description:
Petmania are currently recruiting for a web store Customer Service Associate to join the busy web team
The main tasks associated with the role are;
Accurate and timely processing of all web orders
Processing returns correctly and issuing refunds
Liaising with suppliers to resolve any customer service queries
Responding to all customer queries in a prompt manner
Picking orders for dispatch
Restocking store when required
