JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Web Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-performing, scalable web solutions. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to translate business objectives into web products that exceed expectations. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure our web solutions are innovative, user-focused, and aligned with modern web development standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of managing technical or web-based products.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including front-end frameworks, APIs, and architectural principles.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
• Proven success working with technical teams, including developers and QA, to deliver scalable web solutions.
• Exceptional ability to articulate technical requirements and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles, with a commitment to delivering products that meet user needs and market demands.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in web development or engineering roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Product management certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

• Product Strategy Development: Define and drive the vision and strategy for web-based products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Technical Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with technical teams to design and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on technical feasibility, business needs, and user impact.
• Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Gather and document product requirements, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on product goals.
• Hands-On Project Oversight: Partner with developers and designers to oversee the technical implementation of features, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Market and Technical Research: Conduct in-depth market research alongside technical evaluations to inform product decisions, keeping up with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• User-Centered Design Focus: Advocate for exceptional user experiences by working closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging web interfaces.
• Risk and Performance Management: Identify and mitigate risks during the product lifecycle, and establish metrics to monitor product performance and success.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical and product documentation, including feature descriptions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
