GetBlock.io is a rapidly growing company in the blockchain industry, providing access to blockchain nodes for various projects, companies, and developers. Our team has been on the market for over 5 years, and we continue to expand as the demand for blockchain services rises.
We’re seeking a self-driven Product Manager to shape and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Blockchain Nodes product. This position calls for deep Web3 expertise and the ability to steer product development, ensuring data-based solutions that meet customer needs and align with market trends through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of proven product management experience in software product environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Web3, DeFi products, or blockchain protocols.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure challenges, including reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficient in creating and refining epics into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion/Confluence, and Mixpanel.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to map business processes using flowcharts or diagrams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

• Develop deep customer insights: Investigate user needs, challenges, and workflows to shape product direction.
• Gather and analyze feedback: Collect user input and leverage data to guide product decisions, prioritizing features based on impact.
• Translate requirements: Create and refine epics, user stories, and tasks to ensure clear, actionable direction for the team.
• Optimize backlog: Plan and prioritize tasks in a way that maximizes value while balancing limited resources.
• Adopt Agile frameworks: Utilize Scrum or Kanban methodologies to iteratively implement and manage product changes.
• Leverage metrics: Continuously assess product and technical KPIs to refine solutions and drive ongoing improvement.
• Assess the competitive landscape: Perform competitor profiling, identify strengths and weaknesses, and uncover opportunities to stand out.
• Define pricing strategies: Develop pricing and licensing models informed by thorough market research and analysis.
• Enable cross-team alignment: Foster transparent communication to ensure smooth, coordinated product delivery.
