Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement token functionality, value flow, and incentive structures that support the sustainable growth of our ecosystem, ensuring balance, scalability, and retention.
  • Continuously monitor and refine value flow dynamics within the ecosystem, optimizing for long-term sustainability.
  • Develop and enhance incentive systems that motivate and engage platform users and stakeholders.
  • Integrate your Web2 experience with our Web3 expertise to pioneer innovative approaches to tokenomics and incentive models.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate risks associated with tokenomics and scenario modeling.
