TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Webflow Expertise: Proven experience in designing and developing websites using Webflow, including custom code integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience creating mobile-first websites.
• UI/UX Design: Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, with the ability to translate them into effective Webflow designs.
• SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, alt tags, site structure, and page speed optimization.
• CMS Integration: Experience with Webflow CMS and integrating third-party tools and APIs.
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Webflow platform.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both written and conversational.
  Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a startup environment, with a portfolio showcasing successful Webflow projects.
