PayMongo is the Philippines’ leading online financial infrastructure. Over the next few years, we will build a broad suite of products to lower barriers and remove complexities in payments and financial services.
We are rapidly expanding to serve the diverse needs of thousands of businesses. To continue this growth, we seek a Webflow/Digital Designer who can conceptualize, design, and implement highly engaging and user-friendly web experiences. This role involves working closely with our Marketing and Communications Program Head to help redesign and develop the PayMongo website to make it functional, intuitive, and aligned with PayMongo’s brand vision.

YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:

• You have prior experience as a Webflow Developer or a similar role.
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in Webflow, including building and managing websites and landing pages.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing your web design projects.
• You are experienced in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• You have a solid understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• You are skilled in optimizing web pages for speed and scalability.
• You are a fast learner, open to acquiring new skills in design and technology.
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams.
• You can deliver high-quality work in an agile environment with minimal supervision.
• You have strong communication skills and can present your ideas effectively.
• You have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• You have previously built websites with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• You can translate design mockups into pixel-perfect web pages.
• You are knowledgeable with web performance optimization techniques.
• You are a natural problem solver who pays keen attention to detail, an excellent communicator, and a team player.
