Job Summary
Responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, administration and maintenance of Internet corporate web sites. Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs application solutions or enhancements to existing applications in a maintenance capacity. Designs high-level computer programming projects. Serves as subject matter expert and second level support for IT Programmer Analyst. Responsible for design, support, and maintenance of the organization’s Internet and Intranet presence.

Work Experience
Five years hands-on technical experience working in a mission critical data center environment involving multiple computer environments: operating systems, computers and peripheral devices. Experience in next generation of technology used to support web development such as: Word Press, Web Flow, HTML, Javascript, .NET, PHP, Adobe Photoshop, SQL, Crystal reports and/or other programming and Web Development tools. Experience with Project Management and Project Management Tools (such as MS Project) is required.
License/Registration/Certification
Technical certifications preferred.
Education and Training
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field required.
Location: University Medical Center of El Paso · EPH Information Systems
Schedule: Full Time, Days, M-F 8am - 5p
