Description:
It’s an exciting time to join the Marketing team here at AXA-Global Healthcare, with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To ensure optimal UX experience, SEO and ASO performance, we’re looking for a talented individual to join the team.
As Website & Digital Executive, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and growth of our multilingual website and app, using a content management system.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work part of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Website & Digital Lead with the prioritising, testing and implementation of regular development sprints.
- Manage ad-hoc website changes needed to support technical SEO optimisation with support from our SEO agency.
- Make website changes needed to support regular product reviews, strategic projects and the and implementation of any new regulations, as needed.
- Contribute to the launch of high profile and critical innovation and transformation projects, including the launch and ongoing improvement of a new all-in-one app.
- Use performance and other analytics to track and evaluate website performance, recommend improvements, and produce reports for management.
- Support website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for SEO.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously look to make improvements to the website ensuring it is accessible to users with access needs.
- Work with the front end and UX developers to improve website and app UX.
- Monitor performance of the website and identify ongoing optimisations and improvement.
