    Salary: $150-175k/year

We’re seeking a Website Manager to add to our award-winning team. We are looking for a leader in this role - someone who can work with all facets of the business to create a best in class digital experience.
    The ideal candidate will lead the company on creating, designing and managing the website - handling everything from managing and deploying test initiatives for increasing conversion/engagement rates to working cross functionally with other teams to build out the next few years of projects, so that we can continually improve the overall customer experience journey.

Responsibilities of the Website Manager include:

  • Fully optimize all stages of the customer journey
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRO strategies to improve conversion rates across all digital channels
  • Review and analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize website and program performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success
  • Share insights and experience with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Maintain a running list of creative ideas and strategies to enhance conversion rates and the customer journey
  • Ensure all conversion rate optimization activities are aligned with overall business objectives and goals
  • Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading the website and customer journey
  • Ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, mobile-friendly, optimized for performance and speed, and responsive across all devices and browsers
  • Regularly update content, images, and videos to reflect the latest company information and offerings
  • Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends and best practices and monitoring competitor websites
  • Perform routine site audits regularly to identify and fix issues such as broken links, outdated content, and technical errors
  • Improve the user experience of the website regularly
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance and user engagement

Skills and Qualifications include:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Conversion rate optimization experience a must
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem solving skills
  • Innovative thinking for enhancing website functionality and user engagement
  • Understanding of target audience needs and behavior
  • Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce and GA4 a plus
