Responsibilities:

As the Website and Newsletter Factory Lead (all genders), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our esteemed brands: NIVEA, Labello, Eucerin, and Hansaplast. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Digital Officer, you will be an integral part of our Digital Leadership Team.

In this exciting new role, you will:

  • Establish the “Factory":
  • Unify diverse teams and partners under a single governance model.
  • Enhance website traffic and newsletter engagement, particularly on smartphones.
  • Increase visitors, time on site, newsletter subscriptions, and overall brand affinity.
  • Lead a Dynamic Team:
  • Manage a team of 10 direct reports.
  • Coordinate with over 15 tech team partners and 10 brand team partners.
  • Collaborate Creatively:
  • Partner with internal Brand and Communications teams, SEO, and content agencies.
  • Publish captivating written and visual content.
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand, inspirational, and attention-grabbing.
  • Drive Business Objectives:
  • Work with Adaptation Networks and Web Mastering agencies.
  • Design user-centric experiences and features.
  • Oversee roadmap delivery and manage web content to meet business goals.
  • Leverage Technical Expertise:
  • Collaborate with Technology and Business Support teams.
  • Develop and optimize SiteCore products shared across brands.
