What you’ll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the daily management of our websites.
  • Manage and update our websites’ content using Craft CMS (WYSIWYG)
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with our external development agency and ensure best practices are adhered throughout the development cycle.
  • Participate in the development and integration new website features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement web solutions.
  • Work closely with our SEO agency to improve SERP performance.
  • Ensure our websites follow UX/UI design best practices.
  • Monitor website performance and QA the user experience of critical flows (e.g., package tracking, customer support, and lead generation).
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
  • Track and enhance website performance metrics (e.g., page load times, mobile responsiveness, etc.) to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in website experience for last-mile delivery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree ina marketing, computer science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product owner, a webmaster, or a related role.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard CMSs
  • Experience working closely with or in a development team is a plus.
