As we continue to expand our offerings, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planning Intern to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Wedding Planning Intern at Luna Bianca, you will gain hands-on experience in the intricacies of wedding planning and coordination. You will work closely with our seasoned wedding planners to ensure every detail of our clients’ special days is meticulously managed. Additionally, if you possess skills in social media marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our online presence and marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for weddings and a keen interest in the wedding planning industry.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation (bonus).

• Assist in the planning and coordination of weddings, from initial consultations to the big day.
• Support the wedding planning team with administrative tasks, vendor communications, and event logistics.
• Attend and assist with wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions.
• Conduct research on wedding trends, venues, and vendors to provide fresh ideas and options for clients.
• Maintain and update client files and planning documents.
• If applicable, assist with creating and managing social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that promote our wedding planning services.
