QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 certification or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience in client-facing roles within the legal or related industries.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex information.
- High proficiency in digital technology and case management systems.
- Meticulous approach to information handling and problem-solving.
HOME OFFICE SETUP REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps speeds.
- Desktop or laptop with a recent Intel Core i5 processor or above.
- Dedicated workspace ensuring privacy and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote intake interviews, meticulously documenting in both languages.
- Screen client data for legal service eligibility.
- Facilitate bilingual client-attorney communication.
- Manage case entries and updates with case management software.
- Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Translate documents and assist in bilingual meetings as needed.
- Analyze intake metrics for strategic service improvements.
