Weekend Caregiver Manager

• Manage client caregiver schedule from Thursday to Sunday
• Answer phones in a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure client and caregiver needs are being met
• Work with caregivers and team to ensure all shifts completed including back up caregiving as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of company Policies and Procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects.
• Manage caregiver/client schedules for all clients utilizing Wellsky software (training provided)
• Send daily report of activity and follow up needed.
• Assist with managing caregiving team on daily basis.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Administrator.

Home Matters Caregiving specializes in providing In-Home care for the senior population so they may continue to enjoy the comfort and safety of their own home. We are looking for a team member with a strong work ethic, problem solving ability and above all…compassion for caregiving and helping others. Must have a minimum of 5 years of caregiving experience and prior management experience preferred.
