Description:

Permanent Part Time 17 hours per week
Saturday and Sunday, 6.30am – 2.30pm
Weekdays 6.00am – 2.00pm if needed
Do you have a passion for delivering delicious food to your customers? We are looking for a reliable individual for this sole charge position based at our café located on site at the Fonterra factory in Kauri,15 minutes outside of Whangarei, Northland.

What you’ll do:

  • prepare cooked breakfast and lunch options as well as sweet and savoury cabinet items
  • carry out food prep and baking
  • serve café style food to customers
  • operate EFTPOS and POS machines with a smile
  • move and manage stock
  • clean and do dishes

Who you are:

  • self-motivated with a strong customer focus and a passion for food
  • friendly and engaging, hard-working and flexible
  • have experience in food preparation, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • have experience in cafe and cafeteria style food service
